Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with terrace, is fully equipped for your comfortable holiday from kitchen to bathroom (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, iron and ironing board). There is a sofa bed in the lounge. It is suitable for up to 3 people.
1.5 liter bottle of water, towels for shower and beach, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, safe and Wifi are included. Possibility of baby cot.
Parking is possible free of charge in front of the building.
Only 10 minutes walk to the beaches of El Bobo, Troya, Torviscas and Fañabé, where there is also a children's playground. Nearby are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, school and X Sur shopping center.
A 20-minute walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beach of El Duque, located in the best zone in the south, bordered by a seafront promenade that connects more than eight beaches from la Caleta to the end of los Cristianos. For lovers of longer walks, it is an interesting route, which you can manage within two hours.
It is just 5 minutes ’drive from Las Américas, 2.6 km from Golf de Las Américas and the large Siam Mall with a children’s corner, next to Siam Park, Tripadvisor’s best water park in the world. In 20 minutes you will reach Aqualand (a water park with dolphin performances). And in the same time by car you are at the airport Reina Sofía.
